At the end of the 19th century, Francisco Uriarte’s great-grandparents began planting vineyards, harvesting grapes at the Eguzkitza farmhouse in Fika. Following their tradition and applying modern techniques, we continue producing this Txakoli that reflects the passion and expertise passed down through generations.
