Climate: With northwest winds bringing rain and humidity, and southern winds providing warmth — crucial during late summer and early autumn for grape ripening.
Location: The vineyard is set on south-facing slopes, below 300 meters altitude, near the Basque coast, in plots of two to three hectares.
Grape varieties: Mainly Hondarrabi Zuri, a native white variety covering 85% of the plantation, complemented by Hondarrabi Beltza, a red grape that enhances the character of this unique wine.
