Wine type: White Txakoli. Pale straw yellow, sometimes with greenish tones. Alcohol: 12% Vol. Bottle aging: 4 months.
Grape variety: 100% Hondarrabi Zuri. Must settling for 24 h. Then maceration for 24 h. Fermented at 14˚C, clarified, racked and filtered. Cold stabilized.
Nose: Predominantly fruity notes. Palate: Fresh, with persistent and pleasant greenness. Food pairing: Perfect with mushrooms, grilled steak, fish and seafood. Serve between 8˚C and 10˚C.
