Grape variety: Hondarrabi Beltza. Maceration approx. 3 days. Fermentation up to 18˚C. Clarified, racked, filtered, cold stabilized.

Nose: Clean aroma with fruity notes. Palate: Fresh, balanced, acidic and fruity. Food pairing: Ideal with salads, fish, seafood, and white meats. Serve between 7˚C and 10˚C.
